ETNOVIN: UNLEASHING CONVERSATIONS AND TYING FRIENDSHIP KNOTS

ETNOVIN is a renowned artisan’s, goldsmith-style, masterpiece. Mihail Maciuca, the man who recorded Moldova’s greatest collection of wines into the Guinness World Record, dedicated over three decades of his life to unravel the mysteries and acquire the requisite skills to produce a limited (15,000 bottles only), unique wine. ETNOVIN does not make use of wine pressing technologies or barrels’ flavour or taste.

To achieve the most natural and deepest olfactory-taste properties, ETNOVIN opts to harvest grapes late in the autumn, levelling the most valuable vineyards, selected based on soil composition, positioning to sunlight and in line with the best ecologic wine-growing technologies.

To exclude wine treatment with unnecessary quantities of anhydride, ETNOVIN produces and  stores the wine at very low temperatures.
