Produced by alcoholic fermentation of the must in long contact with the watermelon, including the skin, pulp and seeds of grapes chosen from the white variety Muscat Ottonel. It has a deep golden color with an amber sheen, rich aroma of apricots and dried peaches. A complex of soft tannins and a long-lasting aftertaste.
