The aroma is expressed by notes of ripe fruits and wildflowers with light hints of pear, followed by hints of citrus and an accent of white pepper.
The taste is fresh, with a refreshing and elegant sourness.
The grapes were harvested by hand on the slopes of the southern region of Moldova, in the village of Yargara. It goes well with summer salads, cheese, risotto, fish and grilled vegetables.
