White sparkling wine made by the Charmat method from Pinot Grigio grapes with secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Of a pale yellow color, with green reflections. Delicious aroma of white fruits, green apples and floral notes of acacia. The taste is delicate, persistent, with a balanced acidity.
